Job Description / Responsibility
  • To provide both secretarial and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually.
  • Coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.
  • Responsible for telephone operation, PABX operation, attend to company’s visitors and customers and support functions etc.
  • To keep all types of record relating to front/ reception desk.
  • Responsible to receive inwards and outwards documents and distribute the documents receptive official properly
  • Receive documents and ensure effective documentation, filing and dispatch system.
  • To welcome and greet all members, guests and customers properly.
  • Attend walk-in customers/visitors and meet their queries by providing necessary information.
  • Direct the guest to the Right person to meet.
  • Supervise all kinds of mails and couriers and ensure delivery.
  • Perform any other duties instructed by the Supervisor/Management.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum Graduation from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Front Desk, Office Assistant, Executive Assistant, Reception
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Airline, Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Telecommunication, Travel Agent

  • Age 20 to 30 year(s)
  • Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Very good command over written & oral communication especially in English.
  • Must have adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, internet browsing, and email operation.
  • Good Organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and well-mannered with a¬†positive attitude towards the customers.
  • Practical experience in handling front desk functions in a reputed organization.
