Working in close coordination with line supervisors for coaching, guidance, and finding out requirement & adjust accordingly. Actively involved in internal investigation process; prepare reports accordingly for management assessment.
Ensuring interface between line managers & employees for ultimate outcome of Annual Confidential Report.
Making analysis/ trends of the market; ensuring the right remuneration & benefits packages accordingly.
Proactively involving in departmental HR issues (training/ disciplinary aspects/ grievance issues/ audit schedule/ working in coordination & teamwork aspects).
Follow up with departments for monthly reports & activities for management assessment without any failure.
Overview of manpower utilization; review efficiency check for expected outcome, make proper coordination with line managers to maintain set standard.
Working on structuring task group between departments, ensuring that departments are actively working on command structure/ making somebody responsible/ accountable for the job properly done.
Ensure that inter-departmental & intra-departmental coordination are properly done & maximum participations are maintained for better coordination.
Look out for training needs for departments & also working on in-house capabilities for better outcome.
Coordinate with HR department on payroll affairs through daily/ monthly updates.
Preparing meeting minutes & disseminate accordingly to the concerned; following up on the updates of the decisions.
Keeping liaison with colleges/ universities or relevant authorities for maintenance of good database/ technical institutions for head-hunting
Promote corporate values amongst employees through constant guidance & corrective measures; act as a guiding principle on existing rules & regulations of the company & per labor law of Bangladesh.
Attend HR affairs per guidance of the line managers as & when required.
Graduate from any reputed institute majoring in HRM
